I haven’t tried a bike before but my sister has a blue one and I tried it and liked it. Because it’s more stable and doesn’t throw me off balance, which I like. I hesitated for one month to buy it, and I followed the video and finished the installation by myself. Very great bike.

The shock absorption is great and the look is beautiful, I really like the blue colour, they also sent a bottle of touch up paint in the same colour, they are very thoughtful and considerate. My mum also tried out my bike and thought it was great, it saves energy when riding.

The detail of its packaging is simply wonderful, and there are little glass bottles of paint inside, in case I scratch off the paint on the frame of the bike while I’m using it. I’m a bit of a do-it-yourselfer, and I was able to install the bike in no time. It’s just that when I was using it later on I thought it was not sensitive to the buttons, and when I asked customer service I realized that I had been pushing the buttons for too long.

The bike is very nice, it just took a little while to install it as I haven’t installed anything like this before. It rained for the past two days and it was ok to ride as it has wider tyres and doesn’t slip. I bought mirrors for it from Amazon and installed them, which are lovely.

I had previously bought a folding bike from another company and after a week of riding, the bike rattled in all sorts of ways, so I checked with the customer service several times before I bought the T16 to find out what to do if there was a problem with the bike, and they showed me the warranty terms and conditions and told me to just contact their Whatsapp account to give feedback, which was a lot of reassurance to me. I have been riding this blue T16 for a month now and it is of good quality and no rattles.
